Thomas Stoltz

The Dallas Spirits Open (18+) team welcomes Thomas Stoltz to their 2017 roster. Stoltz didn’t play high school Baseball, however he competed in Soccer, Football, Wrestling, Track, and Tennis. As a solid athlete capable of excelling in numerous sports, Thomas proved his talents well enough that he was honored in 2016 by being inducted into his district’s Hall of Fame back in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

Thomas’ college experience includes participation in Track at Tulsa, where he became the school record-holder in Javelin.  He also holds a #2 ranking in indoor heptathlon and outdoor decathlon on the school’s all-time list.

He’s proud of his drive toward physical fitness and possesses a desire to be a competitive athlete, and these reasons fuel him to remain an active adult athlete. Stoltz doesn’t have any military experience, but he’s thankful for all of his friends and others who serve.

Born in Phoenixville, PA, Stoltz is the youngest of three boys. His oldest brother, Eric excelled at the Division II ranks in wrestling (Kutztown State University), while his middle brother, Jon is a Professor of Philosophy at St. Thomas University in Minnesota. His mother played college Basketball in the 1960’s at Cabrini College before serving as Villanova’s Women’s Basketball Coach from 1970-1975. Thomas is engaged to be married in June, 2017.
