Duane Aponte finished with 4 innings of work and a pair of hits, and unfortunately took the loss. Will Nash finished 2-for-2 with a walk, run scored, and an RBI. Cliff Brade finished with a pair of hits, a walk, and a run scored.![]()

An embarrassing night of defense (or lack thereof) led to the Spirits first loss of the season last Wednesday night.![]()
The Spirits recorded 9 errors in the field, which easily could have been marked down as 11 with two fielder's choice plays that were entered with asterisks, as the Spirits fell to #SheGone by score of 7 to 4.![]()
Craig Molldrem struck out 12 hitters, allowed just 2 hits, and 2 earned but without a defense behind him, could only watch as a 4 to 4 tie slowed slipped into a 7 to 4 loss.![]()
Cliff Brade and Travis Hitzeman both recorded a pair of hits apiece, joining Molldrem as the Dallas Spirits Baseball Club Players of the Game.![]()
