Hardt finished with a .571 average in 2023 for the Spirits (50+) squad, adding 5 doubles alongside finishing fifth on the team with runs batted in, with 15. A solid arm, James can be relied upon to start or finish a game, and he provides added depth at first base, despite having the skill to play any spot within the infield or outfield.
The teams look to increase his role from the mound in 2025 and continue to rely on his bat in the middle of the lineup.
