Holden Novak starts his career with the Dallas Spirits (18+) squad in 2018 as a pitcher and solid outfielder. Novak brings both a strong arm and a strong bat to the Spirits defensive and offensive sides of the plate.

He finished the season with an 8-2 record and led his team with 72 innings pitched, while recording a 3.38 era with 51 strikeouts.
During 2014, Novak was named All-Conference Honorable Mention after making 9 starts on the mount with 14 total appearances. In 2013, Novak made 9 appearances, including three starts for the Gents while posting a 3-1 record with a 3.38 ERA.
Holden was born in Coppell, Texas as a son to Jim and Teresa Novak and his Major was in Communications. Both of his parents graduated from University of Texas, where his father played basketball and mother was on the dance team. Due to this combination, he bleeds burnt orange and over in Coppell, TX, he has a dog named Izzy and cat named Meeko. Novak is employed with KDAF as an Advertising Account Executive in Fort Worth, TX.
