Brade was also the lead-off hitter for the Spirits (18+) squad during 2017 and 2018.

Cliff was first picked up from the Caddo Reds Fall baseball club back in 2016 and as he heads into his fifth season with the ball club, he brings a great bat alongside exceptional speed on the base paths and in the outfield defensively. Cliff has a great arm and he can be counted upon to throw out runners when needed. He quickly earned the lead off spot in 2016 with his good decision-making at the dish, as well as providing some quick hands and solid hitting which a team requires at the top of the order. On top of that, his speed on the base paths make him an easy RBI for other Spirits hitters and the teams rely on his ability to score.
Brade’s impact has become immediate as he’s quickly become a stat leader in runs and stolen bases. Clifford hails from McDade, TX. He studied Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University and also spent time at Texas Lutheran University and his early days at Elgin High School in Elgin, TX. He has a brother, Joseph and sister, Melany, and he and is wife, Claire welcomed home a baby girl in early 2023. Cliff and his growling family reside in Dallas, TX.
