Adam Brown becomes the first “Rudy” on the Dallas Spirits Open (18+) team. If you know sports movies, you likely know the nickname. Adam indicates that he likes the name “Rudy” because he’s a fan of Sean Austin, but also from watching “Generation Kill,” with regards to the sniper, “Fruity Rudy.”
Brown has played baseball from tee-ball through his Sophomore year in high school, where he chose to quit to focus on football and wrestling to better utilize his skills at the time.
He spent four years with the United States Marine Corps in Infantry, and the Club couldn’t be more thankful for his service. His tenure included four deployments to Iraq, where he spent a total of three years of his life fighting for the Iraqi people and supporting America.
Adam was born and raised in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area and moved away for his years in the military as well as attending college, but now he’s BACK! In his own words, Brown is “competitive as hell and hates to lose!” He loves being active and being outside as much as possible, loves MTB trails, hunting, fishing, shooting, rucking and much more. He has a 3 year old son, Barret, who just started tee-ball and loves going to Rangers games. His son has been to 15 games since he was born.
